He was not pushy, but paid attention to my needs and really offered me the kind of service one would expect and not an AI computer response that I cannot stand. Nothing can replace the human touch. Quotas and time limits that companies put on their call center agents is counter productive and only turns the public off. Businesses need to realize that. Thank you Sean for your help."
